For large volume or complex projects, we like to speak with you on a discovery call. This is followed up with a helpful exploration phase that details important elements of your request, like the project scope and services we can offer to help. Our team will also send along a cost estimate, get the contract set up, and schedule calls with our team to get started! Once this process is complete, we begin transcribing your data.

Our company has intentionally created a pricing structure that is transparent, fair, and competitive in our industry. Depending on your project, rates can range from $2.49 to $3.49 a minute. This is contingent on the number of speakers involved and the level of quality you need. We even offer discounts for larger volume transcription requests.
